Jayne O'Mahony
Jayne is a well
established performer in the West End and started her career at the
age of nine where she created the role of young cosette in the smash
hit musical 'Les Miserables'. She later went on to perform the role of
adult cosette becoming the first artist to ever achieve such acolade.
Jayne has travelled extensively, performing concerts in Moscow,
Taiwan, Dubai, Oslo and Bahrain. Closer to home Jayne has performed in
thge Royal Albert Hall and was invited to perform for Princess Diana.
John Langley
John has sung regularly with the BBC Concert Orchestra on Friday Night
is Music Night for Radio Two and in concert at the Royal Festival
Hall. John is a regular soloist with the English Pops Orchestra and
has sung on many occasions with the All Souls, Royal Philharmonic
Concert, and British Police Symphony Orchestras and has sung solo at
the Royal Albert, Birmingham Symphony and Glasgow Royal Concert Halls.
Just 18 months after turning professional John made his West end debut
in Phantom of the Opera playing the
principal roles of Monsieur Andre & Monsieur Lefevre. He went
on in 1999 to join the cast of Whistle down the Wind at the Aldwych Theatre for two years where he played roles of
Boon & Edward.
Most recently
John was playing the role of Harry in the debut cast of the
International Tour of Mamma Mia which took him from Brussels, Lisbon,
Edinburgh, Dublin, Tallinn & Paris to Cape Town, Durban and
Johannesburg.
As a result of
playing Harry on the Mamma Mia tour John was invited back in January
2006 to Estonia to perform a 10 day solo concert tour performing
concerts in Parnu, Tartu and Tallinn with British actress Julie
Alanagh-Brighten.
Michael Robinson Michael trained as a concert pianist and
singer at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Since then he has
gained international recognition as a theatre, stage, concert and
recording artist. He made his international debut with acapella group
The Swing Singers, appearing with them in worldwide venues
such as Lincoln Centre (New York) Orchard Hall (Tokyo) and La Scalla
(Milan) to name but a few.
He debuted in the West end at the Savoy Theatre in The Pirates of
Penzance with the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company, and has
subsequently appeared in numerous productions and on a national tour
including the national theatre version of Bernstein's Candide,
the British premiere of tony award winning musical Ragtime
and was involved in the conceptual stage and the world press
launch of Billy Elliot the musical.He has also appeared
regularly as a soloist with the BBC Concert Orchestra, the BBC
National Orchestra of Wales as well as broadcasts for Radio 2 and 3.He
was recently invited to perform as a soloist for Sondheim's 75th
birthday gala in London.
Louisa Parry
Louisa studied
singing at the Royal Northern College of Music. After graduating,
Louisa joined the company of Les Miserables at the Palace
Theatre, Manchester. She consequently toured with the show to Dublin
and Edinburgh and was fortunate to be invited to appear at the Royal
Albert hall for it's 10th Anniversary concert in 1995 and also the
closing ceremony of the Euro 96 football competition at Wembley
stadium.
Other West End
shows include Phantom of the Opera (London) Grease (UK tour) Annie
(Portsmouth Guildhall) and Evita in Oslo, Norway where she first
worked with Carl Rosa Opera in their productions of Gilbert and
Sullivan's The Mikado (Pitti-sing) and The Pirates of penzance (Kate)
touring Australia, New Zealand and the UK. She appeared alongside
Michael Robinson in Candide for The Opera Group and toured to Kenya to
perform the role of Mercedes for Garden Opera's production of Carmen.
Currently based
in Manchester, Louisa is a vocal studies tutor at The University of
Manchester and you can currently see her performing in the touring
show.
